Low blue spectrum light stimulates melatonin production and helps your brain reset for sleep.

Use an acupressure mat

This aids in stimulating your nervous system, resulting in deep relaxation. Before going to bed, lie on it for at least 30 minutes.

Get grounded

Electromagnetic frequencies can sometimes disrupt nap. If possible, turn off your Wi-Fi and keep all your electronic devices away from your bed. Make a charging station in your home and encourage every individual in your family to place their gadgets before going to bed.

Clear your mind
